1 | tbsp | Honey |
1 | tsp | Salt |
1 | dl | Unboiled rice |
100 | g | Crushed Walnut kernels |
100 | g | Raisins |
400 | g | Spelt flour or sifted spelt flour |
4-5 | tbsp | Olive oil |
450 | g | High-protein wheat flour |
50 | g | Yeast |
7 | dl | Water |

To prepare the Rice-spelt-wheat bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
The rice is cooked according to instructions on the packaging. The cooked rice, add 7 dl. cold water. When it has cooled to about 40 degrees, add yeast salt and honey. When the yeast has dissolved, add the other ingredients. Hold a little back for st view on wheat flour dough can take it all. Knead well, for coming gluten threads to sight. The dough should have a soft texture but not paste. The dough is divided in 3 and place in well-oiled molds. Raises approximately 40-45 min. Bake at 200 degrees on the lower Groove in 30-35 minutes.
