100gLong grain rice
2-3Fresh mango
50gBrown sugar

To prepare the Rice pudding with mango recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oven up to 160 degrees.

Mix coconut milk, rice, brown daffodil, cardamom and salt well in an ovenproof dish. Place the dish in the oven for 1 hour until the rice is cooked and the consistency is creamy. Along the way you can stir the rice so that it does not cling to a solid mass.
