Grated zest and juice of 1 lemon usprøjtet
Salt
0.5dlCurrypasta (purchased finished on glass)
0.5bundleFresh coriander
1Large onion (chopped)
100gDried cranberries
2cloveGarlic
2tbspOlive oil
300gBasmati rice
4tbspAlmond flakes
400gCooked Turkey meat (or fried and the skin peeled away) you can also use fresh, but so must the roast with
6dlChicken broth

To prepare the Rice pot with turkey recipe, please follow these instructions:

Step onions for 3 min. In a large pot in the oil. If you do not use cooked turkey, it should be cooked in smaller pieces here. Add chopped garlic and curry paste and stir around. Bring rice and stir and broth and dried cranberries.
Cook under lid for 8 min. And then add turkey, lemon peel and juice, coriander and almonds and warm through.
Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with fresh coriander for serving.
