125 | g | Butter |
210 | g | Wheat flour |

Instructions for Ribspie
To prepare the Ribspie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring wheat flour, fat, sugar and eggs into a kitchen machine. Run it all for a smooth and well-mixed dough and leave it cold for at least 30 minutes.
Squeeze the dough into a spring shape, about 24 cm in diameter. Prik the base with a fork and behind the semi-finished at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven on the bottom shelf for about 15 minutes without the dough getting quite a lot of color.
Take the bottom and let it cool.
Rinse and nip the ribs. Whip the egg whites into hard foam and turn the sugar into a rubber scraper.
Place half of the ribs on the pie bottom, mix the rest in the meringue dough and put it in the mold.
Behind the pig at 150 degrees C. alm. Oven for about 30 minutes, so that both marengsdej and piedej get a little color.
Let it cool before serving.
