0.5tspGround cinnamon
0.75dlWheat flour
1tbspDark Rum (optional)
1pinchSalt
1.5lThawed or fresh chopped rhubarb
2.5dlOatmeal
6tbspCold margarine

Instructions for Rhubarb with havrefras

To prepare the Rhubarb with havrefras recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix rhubarb, sugar, flour, if necessary. Rum, cinnamon and salt in a teflon pan that withstands that go in the oven.
Set the pan on the stove and melt the rhubarb mixture together by direct heat, about 15 min. stir now and then.
Turn on the oven grill. Mix oats, flour and brown sugar to crumble dough in a bowl or food processor. Cut the cold margarine into cubes and chop it into a gritty bunch. Sprinkle the crumble dough over rhubarb mixture.
Style pot about 10 cm from the grill element in the oven and Bake until the surface is crisp and golden. Turn the pan a few times along the way. Serve immediately.
