125 | g | Desiccated coconut |
150 | g | Butter |
150 | g | Sugar |
300 | g | Rhubarb |
50 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Rhubarb Pie V
To prepare the Rhubarb Pie V recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut rhubarb finely and mix them with cane sugar and vanilla grains.
Stir the butter with the sugar and add the egg.
Mix the flour, desiccated coconut and baking soda and sprinkle it in the batter, stirring.
Spread half of the batter into a greased tærtefad at ca. 25 cm. in diameter and place rhubarb mixture on top.
The rest of the dough is distributed on top.
Bake the tart in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 40 minutes until it is nice and light brown.
The tart tastes good warm. Server if necessary. sour cream spiked with vanilla or vanilla ice cream.
Tips:
Use if necessary. 100 gr. flour 100 gr. and desiccated coconut instead of the objectives mentioned in the recipe.
