100 | g | Butter |
125 | g | Sugar |
2 | Egg yolk | |

200 | g | Pure raw marzipan |
50 | g | Almond flakes |
500 | g | Rhubarb |

To prepare the Rhubarb dessert with marzipan recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the rhubarb, let them drain and cut them just fine. Put in a greased casserole dish or pie dish. Mix sugar and potato flour and sprinkle it over.
Stir in butter and sugar together, add the grated marcipanen. Stir in the egg yolks one at a time. Add the flour. Beat the egg whites until stiff and mix them gently in. Divide the batter over rhubarb.
Sprinkle almond flakes.
Bake the cake at 200 degrees C alm. oven in 25-30 minutes.
