Instructions for Rhubarb-cardamom cake
To prepare the Rhubarb-cardamom cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix butter with flour, sugar, cardamom, baking powder and eggs. Put half the dough in a baking dish and press it out into a thin layer on the bottom. Behind it in 10 minutes at 175 degrees C.
Cut the rhubarb into two cm pieces and place them over the cake, advantage the rest of the dough in small clumps of rhubarb and bake the cake is finished in about 30 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream.
