Instructions for Rhubarb cake 02
To prepare the Rhubarb cake 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rhubarb, sugar and potato flour mix and place in a serving dish, drag an hour.
Batter: beat the butter, sugar, 1 egg stirred in. mix in flour, baking powder and desiccated coconut and pour over the rhubarb.
Bake at 200 degrees C for 30 minutes.
Tips:
Can be served with ice cream, whipped cream or creme fraiche. Bon appétit.
