1 | bundle | Fresh basil |
1 | ps | Redwine marinade |
2 | tbsp | Balsamic vinegar |
2 | tbsp | Red hot chili glaze |
2 | bundle | Ruccola salad |
250 | g | Cherry tomatoes |
3 | tbsp | Olive oil |
600 | g | Lamb roast |
Instructions for Red wine marinated lamb with Bean Salad
To prepare the Red wine marinated lamb with Bean Salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put lamb roast in the marinade for about 2 hours. Grill then roast on a low heat for approx. 45-60 min. Rinse the beans in cold water. Mix the glaze, balsamic vinegar and oil to an oil-vinegar marinade. Mix all the ingredients for the Bean Salad in a large bowl, and season with salt and pepper. Serve with a good bread.
Tips:
Instead of butter on the bread, mix the Philadelphia cheese spread with chopped sundried tomatoes.
