Hot curry paste up under stirring at medium heat in a frying pan for 2 minutes. Add the potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes and pumpkin or vegetable stock and cook slowly up. Let simmer while occasionally touched, for 20 minutes until the vegetables are almost cooked. Add the cauliflower and beans and cook for 3-5 minutes more until the vegetables are tender.
