1 | dl | Grated beetroot |
10 | g | Yeast |
2 | tsp | Fine salt |
2.5 | dl | Lukewarm water |
375 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Red beet buns
To prepare the Red beet buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into ½ dl. water.
Mix 100 g of flour in the rest of the water. Add the gærblandingen and stir the mass together. Let the mixture rest in a warm place in a neighborhood.
