200 | g | Raspberry jam |
200 | g | Butter |
300 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Icing sugar |
Instructions for Raspberries I
To prepare the Raspberries I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Flour, butter and flour are crumbled and gathered quickly with egg yolk and water. The dough rests in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Roll the dough into two equal rectangles, dot them with a fork and bag them at 200 degrees C alm. Oven for approx. 12 min. Let them cool.
Grease one with raspberry marmalade and cover the other with glaze touched with flour and water. Place it with the icing on top of it with marmalade and divide the rod into slices.
