To prepare the Rødvinsglase recipe, please follow these instructions:

Carrot and onion peeled and finely chopped (use also celery residues). The roots are exchanged in a little oil pan. Red wine and chicken fennel add and let the whole small lime for approx. 5 min. The roots are sifted and the sauce is boiled until it has a syrupy consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
