200 | g | Minced give |

Instructions for Purple ham meatballs
To prepare the Purple ham meatballs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Meatballs:
Chop the beetroot, spinach and onion into small pieces and mix them with the chopped meat. Form the meat into small balls. Make sure to get enough juice with beet root to the models becomes Purple. FRY in margarine for about 10 min. (depends on the size/thickness)
Accessories: cut cabbage, carrots and onions into small slices and fry them in a wok or frying pan for 10 minutes. Then add the chopped tomatoes, or taco sauce. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
Tips:
Can be supplemented by potatoes or wholemeal bread.
