Instructions for Pudding
To prepare the Pudding recipe, please follow these instructions:
The butter is melted, add sugar, flour and lemon juice and bake, add boiling milk and mix with a spoon over the heat until the dough releases the pot, cool easily and stir with egg yolks. Finally, turn the whipped egg whites in and pour the dough into greased biscuit cream and bake in a water bath at 185 degrees until the dough is souffled.
Served with cherry sauce.
