100 | g | Currants tossed in a little flour |
150 | g | Butter or margarine |
150 | g | Sugar |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
250 | g | Stenfri prunes as dried chopped fine |
3 | Eggs | |
4 | tbsp | Sherry |
Instructions for Prune cake 02
To prepare the Prune cake 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fat and sugar is stirred together. The fat should be softened to a consistency like mayonnaise, and then add the eggs one at a time, and sherry or milk is added. Finally mix the flour in which bagepulveret is charged in, and it all touched to a uniform lot, place in a greased and floured springform, ca. 24 cm. in diameter. On the mass placed the through cut prunes.
Bake in the oven at 175 degrees C Groove bottom in about 1 hour. The oven must have the right temperature from the start. The cake may not be taken out of the mould after approx. 5 minutes, otherwise it falls together.
Before the cake is served sprinkled it with icing.
