Ingredients for Provençal Tian
1 | dl | Cream el 1 dl milk + egg eggs only if using milk |
1 | tbsp | Minced parsley |
1 | clove | Garlic |
1 | Few finely chopped basil leaves | |
1 | Large onion | |
150 | g | Grated cheese |
2 | Medium-sized coúgetter El. squash | |
250 | g | Cooked rice |
Instructions for Provençal Tian
To prepare the Provençal Tian recipe, please follow these instructions:
Coúgetterne torn roughly and salted lightly, after 5 min squeezed the water out through a cloth. The onion chopped and gyldnes in oil, together with coúgetterne, the rest is added. When the mixture is warmed through in a heat-proof platter, the accepted sprinkled with breadcrumbs and cheese. Let Tian Bake at 200 g for about 20 mins.
Tips:
Often I use just a bag of grated and so I put half in and the rest on. Tastes good in the stedetfor instance. potatoes or rice.
