Ingredients for Profiteroles V
100 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | Whole eggs | |
2 | dl | Water |
80 | g | Margarine |
Instructions for Profiteroles V
To prepare the Profiteroles V recipe, please follow these instructions:
Only switch on your oven at 200 degrees.
Bring the fat and water to boil.
Add the flour and stir with pasta spoon.
Take the Pan from the heat and stir in tll dough release pan and spoon.
Whisk the eggs together and add a little at a time while you touch with electric whips!
Spray the dough into small peaks on a baking sheet with wax paper. the peaks to be approximately 5 cm in diameter. ABOUT!!
Set the plate in the middle of the oven for 20-30 my.
DO NOT LOOK for the CAKES the first 15 min. DA PASTIES CAN FALL TOGETHER!!!
Tips:
You may want to. melt a little chokalade and dip them in this. You can also sprinkle them with powdered sugar and serve them with ice cream and strawberries
