Instructions for Princess Pie

To prepare the Princess Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Place the house block in cold water. Pour the cream into a thickened saucepan and add egg yolks, sugar and potato flour. Give it a boil and simmer while still whipping until it becomes a thick, smooth cream. Squeeze as much water as possible out of the house block and place it in the warm cream.
