250gButter or margarine
50gYeast
50gRaisins or currants

Instructions for Pretzel II

To prepare the Pretzel II recipe, please follow these instructions:

Flour. Salt, sugar and cardamom sifted together. The milk is heated to 30 degrees, the yeast is mixed in a little of this and the fat melted in the rest. The eggs are whisked together. Raisins or currants washed and dried in a dress. All mixed, kneaded and placed in a warm place about 1 hour covered with a lid or a damp cloth.
