To prepare the Potatoes with egg and grated cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter a gratinfad put half of the potato slices in it Add onion parsley and tomato slices over and dæg everything with the rest of the potato slices.
Whisk the eggs together add milk salt pepper pour this mixture over the potato slices sprinkle the grated cheese on top with breadcrumbs and put the margarine in small blobs.
Bake approx. 1/2 hour in a well heat oven 200
