Instructions for Potatoes in slices
To prepare the Potatoes in slices recipe, please follow these instructions:
The potatoes are brushed or peeled and cut into slices of approx. ½ cm. thickness.
Squeeze garlic and mix well with oil and spices. Pour it all in the bag, so all potatoes are covered.
Add if necessary. A little more oil if the potatoes are not covered. Place the bag in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Turn it a few times.
The potatoes are removed from the bag and placed individually on a baking sheet with baking paper. Bake at 200 degrees in alm. Oven or 185 degrees hot air approx. 20 min. Or the potatoes are tender.
