500 | g | Potatoes (choose a type that easily boils out) |

Instructions for Potato soup with Greek marinated beef
To prepare the Potato soup with Greek marinated beef recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the marinade, cut the meat into thin strips and mix it in the marinade. Let it pull while the soup is cooked.
The potatoes are peeled and cut into smaller pieces, onions and possibly. Garlic peeled and chopped. The oil is heated in a saucepan. The potatoes and onions turn in the oil until they become shiny. Add broth and bring to a boil. Boil the soup under onions for approx. 20 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Pour approx. Half of the liquid into a bowl while mixing the soup with, for example, A blender. Reheat the soup again add the rest of the liquid and milk again. Season with salt and pepper.
The thin meat strips are swirled in a little oil and served to the soup. Put the soup into the plate of meat and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
