To prepare the Potato omelette recipe, please follow these instructions:
The potatoes are cut into the tern. Stir the potatoes in margarine on a pan about 2-3 minutes.
Whip egg, water, salt and pepper together in a bowl pour the egg mixture over the potatoes. Turn down the heat while the egg cake is stiffening.
Cut the tomatoes into slices and put them on top of the egg cake.
