400 | g | Cooked mashed potatoes |

To prepare the Potato cake with almonds and chocolate recipe, please follow these instructions:
Eggs, sugar, orange peel and orange juice are whipped together.
The mashed potatoes are whipped together with the egg yolks and the almonds are turned in afterwards. The mass must be even and without large potato crumbs.
The egg whites are whipped stiff and turned gently into the egg yolk potato.
A large pie shape (25 cm in diameter) is lubricated and sprinkled with wheat flour.
Pour the dough into the pie and bake in the oven at 200 degrees C.
Gently melt the chocolate and brush the cake while it is still hot.

Can be served warm as dessert with whipped cream or ice cream.
