Icing sugar

2tbspStrong coffee
200gButter
25Slipped, finely powdered bitter almonds, or 2-3 TSP almond essence
3tbspCocoa
300gWheat flour
300gCooked, mashed potatoes
500gSugar
6Egg yolks
6Egg whites

Instructions for Potato Cake Cutting

To prepare the Potato Cake Cutting recipe, please follow these instructions:

Turn on the oven at 175 degrees. Brush the mold with melted butter and sprinkle with finely ground rasp.
Stir sugar and butter together. Add egg yolks. Mix flour and baking soda. Mash the potatoes through a sieve. Mix both together with the finely ground almonds. Whip the whites very stiff. Turn them into the batter 2-3 times. Since the dough is quite stiff, the first team whites must be stirred in the dough, even though they break into pieces.
Pour the dough into the mold and bag the cake in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees for 45-60 minutes until it is drenched. Cut the cake loosely along the edge and turn it to a baking baking dish.
Gloss the cake with cocoa glass when it is completely cold.
