To prepare the Porridge pie with ham and almonds recipe, please follow these instructions:
The margarine is crumbled in flour and salt and kneaded with water. The dough rests if necessary. 1/2 hour in refrigerator. The dough is squeezed out into a greased pie, the bottom is dotted with a fork and baked for about 15 minutes. At 200 ounces, clean the pears, cut into slices and boil in leachate water approx. 4 min. Pour into a sieve and drip well. The ham is cut into strips and distributed with the porpoises on the baked bottom. Eggs, water and spices are easily whipped together and poured over. The almonds are placed at the top and the pie is baked at 200 o for 20 minutes.
