Instructions for Pork chop in dish
To prepare the Pork chop in dish recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rub the meat with a mixture of peppers, salt and freshly squeezed pepper. Place the meat in a non-deep pan. Place the dish in the oven at 225 degrees approx. 20 min. Until the meat is brown. Make the vegetables while the meat burns. Cut onions, carrots and potatoes in thin slices.
Remove the dish from the oven and put the meat on a plate. Pour the grease off the dish. Put the herbs in the frying pan, sprinkle salt, pepper and thyme between the layers. The amount of salt depends on how salty the broth is. Lay the meat over the herbs and pour broth to the dish. Put the dish back in the oven at 160 degrees, and allow meat and vegetables to pass until it's dark 1½ to 2 hours. Make sure the dish does not boil dry, pour if necessary. More broth knows.
Cut the meat into non-thick slices and apply them to the top of the herbs. Sprinkle chopped parsley and serve the dish directly from the dish.
