To prepare the Pompernikler recipe, please follow these instructions:
Everything is kneaded together and trilled in 6 rods. These brush with eggs, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and finely chopped almonds or nuts. Bake 1/4 hour at approx. 170 degrees, and the cakes are cut out while still hot. The cakes are raised and dried at low heat approx. 100 degrees with the oven open door. Serving: Served for coffee table.
