To prepare the Polenta con carne e salsiccia recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bouillons boil up. The flour is poured in and boiled with stirring once. It is then boiled on very low heat for approx. 30 min.
When the polenta has finished cooking, squeeze it into four small savory ingredients and keep it cold.
The meat is sautéed in the butter with tomato purée and coarse-fried sausages. Stir around, taste with salt and pepper and add the red wine. Let it boil for very low heat for approx. 1 hour, if necessary add extra water. Finally, turn the chopped parsley in.
Turn on the oven at 150 degrees C. alm. oven. 30 minutes before the meat is finished, place the savarins on a refractory dish and put in the oven, grease with a little butter until they are warm.
