1 | tsp | Baking soda |
1 | tbsp | Olive oil |
2 | tsp | Salt |
2 | tsp | Active dry yeast, if desired. 15 g fresh yeast. |
2.5 | dl | Mineral water with carbonation |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Polar bread
To prepare the Polar bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the yeast with 0.5 dl of lukewarm water (37 g.). Mix all the ingredients and babies with mineral water for a firm and moist dough. Heves 2 multiplies.
Portion dough into 8 and layer 1 cm thick items as you poke with fork to avoid air bubbles. FRY on hot thank or cast iron pan. Turn frequently to get smooth roasting.
