Instructions for Plum tart with pine nuts
To prepare the Plum tart with pine nuts recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix salt and sugar in the flour. Findel fat in it and add the beaten eggs. Knead the dough together. Style dough cool at least ½ hour. Free the yolks for stone and chop fruit coarsely. Roll the dough out and 2/3 of line a greased pie dish. Advantage apricot syltetøjet over tart bottom and place the pitted, coarsely chopped plums thereon. Sprinkle the grated lemon rind and advantage over pine nuts on. Scroll the rest of the dough out and cut into narrow strips. Put them over as grid cover. Brush with the beaten egg and bake the tart in a hot oven 190 degrees for about 1 hour.
