1 | Lemon grated to thereof | |
1 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
1.5 | dl | Port wine |
125 | g | Wheat flour |
150 | g | Soft butter |
2 | tbsp | Orange juice |
2 | dl | Sour cream 18% |
2 | dl | Mascarpone |
2 | Large eggs | |
200 | g | Six dates without stone |
250 | g | Icing sugar |
Instructions for Plum cake with port wine
To prepare the Plum cake with port wine recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the halved dates into a bowl with port wine in about 5 hours.
Stir in butter with half of the sugar, lemon peel and vanilla sugar. Beat the egg yolks with the rest of the sugar. Invert the dough. Flour and baking powder, invert the dough and the milk is poured into also. Egg whites whipped stiff and reversed in the dough.
