Instructions for Plum cake
To prepare the Plum cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fat and sugar is stirred together. The fat should be softened to a consistency like mayonnaise, and then add the eggs one at a time, and finally mix the flour in which bagepulveret is sighted, and the other ingredients together and stir into a uniform mass. In order to prevent the fruits in to sink to the bottom of the cake, invert these in a bit of flour.
The finished dough is distributed in 2 buttered and mealy jump shape ca. 22 cm. in diameter, and sprinkled with chopped almonds and coarse sugar.
Bake on the oven bottom Groove by 190 degrees C for about 30 minutes. The oven must have the right temperature from the start.
When the cake is slightly cooled, take it out of the mold and be translated into further cooling on a wire rack.
