To prepare the Pizza with tomatoes, meat filling and cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir yeast into the water and add a little flour (about 2 dl.), Salt and oil. Stir for a long time (eg in food processor) and add so much flour that the dough is still "hanging in". Put the dough on the table and knead it well (like 5-10 min.) And let it take up so much that it just drops the table. (The trick is to get the dough kneaded with as little flour as possible, making it light and airy). Leave the dough to stand for a minimum of 1/2 hour and knead it well again (you can also make the dough in good time and then let it stand a little cool) and then leave the dough while preparing for the filling.
Chop the tomatoes roughly and put them in a thick pot, let the tomatoes boil a good tomato sauce and season with salt and chilli. While the tomatoes boil you prepare the rest. Put the pot with tomato sauce in a water bath for cooling.
Roll the dough until it fills the frying pan, leave it 2-3 mm. thick. Spread tomato sauce, chopped, meaty and cheese over the dough (pepperoni and bacon you can wait to cook after cheese) give a sprinkle of oregano and put the pizza in the oven.
Bake in a HED oven 250 degrees at the bottom of the oven. Keep an eye on the pizza it must have from 10-20 minutes depending on the oven. It must be a little crisp at the bottom and just have taken color on top. Just after you have taken the pizza out of the oven you can even pour a little spicy spicy oil over.
