Ingredients for Pizza dough
1 | tbsp | Coarse salt |
1000 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | tbsp | Sugar |
3 | tbsp | Oil |
5 | dl | Water |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Pizza dough
To prepare the Pizza dough recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve yeast in the water (30 degrees). Mix the rest with the water, but add a little flour to and knead.
Eat the dough really well and allow it to rise under a double-size dish for about 1 hour.
There is enough for 2 baking plates, and if you want a thin base there is enough for 4 pizzas.
Preheat the oven with baking sheet, but without baking paper as it smells.
Bake the pizza with baking paper at 225-250 degrees alm oven max 10 min as far as possible in the oven.
Start with pizza sauce, then cheese, fill and finally cheese.
