400-500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Pita bread 05
To prepare the Pita bread 05 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir yeast into the water and leave it for approx. 20 minutes. Add salt, sugar and flour and knead it together. The dough must be soft.
Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
Spread the dough and shape it into 10-12 flat (about 1 cm thick) bowls.
Allow the balls to adhere 10-15 minutes. Bake approx. 8 minutes at 235 gr.
