1 cup Piquant cheese from BUKO is melted in a saucepan at low heat.
When cheese is melted screwed up the heat and a decilitre semi-skimmed milk is added. It boils up while stirring.
Voilà-that is served-and it is good for the fettucine, potatoes of all kinds, etc.
