1.5-2 | dl | Oatmeal |
150 | g | Melted butter |
150 | g | Sugar |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | tbsp | Wheat/spelt flour |
Instructions for PIP-cakes
To prepare the PIP-cakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whisk the sugar and egg together until it is white and foam straps. Add the rest, stirring. Finish with baking soda. Put the dough on the plate with a spoon and knife. Take the dough with a spoon and press it flat and form it with the knife. There must be a good distance between the cakes. Bake at 175 degrees for 10-15 minutes until they are lightly golden at the edges. Take out and let them cool on the plate for a few minutes, so will be the delicious crispy!
