150 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | tbsp | Honey |
2 | tbsp | Cold water |
200 | g | Quark (5%) |
25 | g | Chopped hazelnuts |
75 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Pineapple-quark pie (lean)
To prepare the Pineapple-quark pie (lean) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring butter and flour together and finely chop it to a grit. Mix baking soda. Whisk water and egg yolks together, pour and knead the dough together. Leave it cold for about ½ hour. The dough is rolled out and put into a pie shape. Knit with a fork. Bake on second-most cheek in preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Cool on the grid. Pour the juice from the ananase through a sieve. Warm 1 dl of juice together with honey and stir until the honey is melted. Let the juice cool a little. Spoon the juice with the quark and mix half the pineapple pieces. Spread the cream on the pie and put the rest of the fruit on it. Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts.
