100 | g | Butter |
100 | g | Sugar |
100 | g | Ymer sprinkle |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
325 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Pineapple cake with raspberries
To prepare the Pineapple cake with raspberries recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter and sugar is stirred together. Add egg, stir well and add the cream. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir it into the butter/sugar/egg mixture. Scroll 2/3 of dough out on a piece of wax paper, ca. 40x30 cm. and lift it up in a roasting pan. Wide ymer Sprinkle onto the dough. Share the drained pineapple slices and place them on the dough. Put raspberry punches. Roll the rest of the dough into a sausage, cut it into strips and attached decorative in waves on top of the cake. Bake the cake on the next-lower ovnrille at ca. 200 in about 25 minutes.
