Ingredients for Petits Choux wreath with berries

200-300 | g | Berries, URf.eks. easily have an admixture of raspberries or blackberries |
3 | dl | Whipped cream |
3 | tbsp | Sugar |
50 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Petits Choux wreath with berries
To prepare the Petits Choux wreath with berries recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil water and grease in a thickened saucepan. Add the flour several times during strong whipping. Stir until you get a smooth dough that leaves the saucepan bottom. Take the saucepan of the heat and stir in the dough so that it cools something. Add the eggs one at a time. Stir well between each egg. Grease the plate and put the dough in a round wreath, about 15 cm in diameter in the hole. Behind the wreath at 225 degrees on the bottom groove until it's golden, about 25 minutes. Take it out and let it cool. Whip egg and sugar together to make it white and airy. Cut a long cut into the vanilla bar and scrape the vanilla grains. Bring the grains into the egg yolks. Whip the cream stiff and mix it into the pulp. Stir the punch and flour together for a stiff glaze. Pour the garlic into 2 bottles and fill it with berries and vanilla cream. Lay the garlic on a dish and sprinkle the icing over. Serve with the rest of the cream.
