To prepare the Peppers tenderloin in dish recipe, please follow these instructions:
The breadcrumbs are cut into slices, 1½ to 2 cm thick, and seasoned with salt, pepper and peppers.
Brush well on the forehead and then put in the oven on preheated dish at 180 degrees while the rest is cooked.
