Instructions for Pepper Soup
To prepare the Pepper Soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
The potatoes are peeled and cut into small cubes. The lid is cut into cubes and swirled in the margarine. The pepper is cut into strips and added.
The tomatoes are scalded, flaked and cut into quarters and added. The potatoes are added and the broth is poured at. The soup cooks under the lid for approx. 20-25 min.
There may be To add a little cream frisse when the soup is done, it makes it more creamy.
