1 | dl | Whipped cream |
1 | dl | Lingonberry |
1 ½ | dl | Sugar |
100 | g | Butter |
1½ | dl | Brown sugar |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | tsp | Cinnamon |
2 | tsp | Ground cloves |
4 ½ | dl | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Pepper cake with cranberry jam
To prepare the Pepper cake with cranberry jam recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt fat by low heat and let it cool a little. Whip egg and sugar white and airy. Mix the dry ingredients with the spices and stir them in the egg mixture with cream and cranberry juice. Add the melted butter and stir around.
Brush a shape, approx. 1 ½ l, with melted grease and sprinkle the rasp in it. Pour the dough into the mold and bag the cake at 175 degrees C for approx. 1 hour.
Remove the cake from the oven and leave it for 10 minutes before turning it out. Allow it to cool under a dish.
