Ingredients for Pecan Pie

A little salt
1Eggs
1tspVanilla
100gButter
2dlSugar
2,5dlSyrup (corn, but maple syrup can also be used)
200gPecan nuts in half (can be replaced with walnuts)
250gWheat flour
80gMelted butter (not margarine, thank you)

Instructions for Pecan Pie

To prepare the Pecan Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:

To the dough sift the flour with salt. The butter is chopped into it and crumbles easily with your fingers. The dough is just matched with whipped egg - only enough for consistency like marcipan. Add some drops of cold water if the egg is not enough. Roll the dough into plastic foil and allow it to rest for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

To the fill whip the eggs easily. Syrup is whipped in, then sugar, melted butter and vanilla. Finally, turn the nuts in.

The dough is rolled out and put into a pie form and the nut mixture is distributed therein.

Cover the pie with foil (blank side inwards) and bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.

Then remove the foil and the pie is baked for 20-25 minutes until the surface is golden and caramelized.

The pie is served cooled.
