Ingredients for Peach mousetrap

½dlBrown sugar
½dlChopped Pecans
1dlPeach juice (or orange juice)
1tbspFreshly squeezed lemon juice
1tbspVanilla sugar
2dlCottage cheese
2dlYogurt flavored with vanilla
3tbspHoney
3largePeeled peaches, preferably fresh
3tbspMelted margarine
3dlCrumbled wholemeal
4leavesGelatin

Instructions for Peach mousetrap

To prepare the Peach mousetrap recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix crushed grahamskiks with chopped pecans, margarine and honey. Push the dough into the bottom of a round shape with loose edge. The shape should be 22 cm in diameter.

Heat the ferskenjuic (orange juice) into a saucepan. Add soaked gelatin. Let it cool off.

Cut the peaches into slices, bring peaches, dumplings and lemon juice to the boil. Let it simmer for approx. 5 min, or until peaches are tender. Stir vanilla sugar in. Place half of the peaches in a bowl and set it aside.

Find the rest of the peaches in a food processor or blender. Add yogurt, cottage cheese and the juice with gelatin. Run it all together into a smooth cream. Place the baked peaches on the cake bottom. Pour the yogurt pulp over and cool for 3 hours.
