Ingredients for Pasticcio

Pepper
Salt
2Chopped bell pepper
2Onions cut into thin rings
2dlYogurt
320gPasta screws
4Eggs
4cloveFinely minced garlic
4tbspCream
4tspMinced parsley
4tspOlive oil
4tspOlive oil (and more for greasing the dish.)
4sprinkleGrated nutmeg and grated Parmesan cheese
4sprinkleRosemary
4The tomatoes cut in small pieces
4tbspDry white wine (may be omitted)
400gMinced beef
8Anchovy fillets cut into small pieces (may be omitted)

Instructions for Pasticcio

To prepare the Pasticcio recipe, please follow these instructions:

1. Set the oven to 190 degrees.

2. Chop minced beef and garlic. Bring onions and peppers and season the mixture for a few minutes.

3. Add tomatoes and wine, stir around and bring to a boil. Let the sauce boil. Add parsley and chopped anchovies. Season with spices.

4. Boil the pasta until it is & gt; & gt; al dente & lt; & lt;

5. Stir the yogurt with egg, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Stir the parmesan cheese in the mixture.

7. Put the dish in the hot oven until the top layer is golden brown and bubbly.
