To prepare the Pasta with spinach, bacon and poached eggs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring a pan with salted water in boil and cook the pasta.
Step bacon crisp (dry them off afterwards on a kitchen roll)
Cut garlic into thin slices and put them on the forehead with the oil from the bacon.
Rinse the spinach and lay it on the forehead, turn the pasta on the forehead with a little butter and spinach, taste with salt and pepper.
Poached eggs: Bring a saucepan in a boil with lightly salted water turn a little down for the heat so the water still simmer and then add the vinegar.
Slice the egg into each cup and then slide them gently into the water. Use 2 tablespoons to keep the egg together.
Cook them gently for 3-4min. (Stir in the saucepan if necessary)
Serving: paste the pasta into a deep dish, sprinkle with bacon and put the egg on top, serve immediately with freshly-prepared parmesan and pepper.
